Protect Your Investment

Our commercial inspections mirror the same attention to detail as our residential inspections. Our commercial inspections also include the 7-point inspection as well as extra attention to the structural integrity of the property.

Est. 2004

Our Greenbrier County home inspection service has inspected over 5,000 homes since we first established.

Michael Butts joined Greenbrier Home Inspections in 2019 and is a fully licensed inspector. Mike has been Mr. Fix-It for 30+ years.  He started off as a professional painter and transitioned into a handyman/carpenter and all-around jack-of-all-trades. When the opportunity to purchase GHI arose, he felt this was the ideal ‘next step’ for him.  After years of fixing all the problems, who better to point them out to perspective homeowners.  We provide 7-point inspections on your property to give you peace-of-mind when buying or selling.

Dan Withrow has been tinkering on houses since he was 16 years old. Fast forward a few years and he and his wife Pat opened Greenbrier Home Inspections in 2004. Since then, the company has become certified in Radon, Mold, Termites, Septic, and Wells.
